Order & Delivery

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is typically 10-21 days. We strive to deliver orders within the expected delivery period. Unfortunately, there may be occasional delays in the delivery process.

Please note that any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, it's important to mention that the likelihood of incurring such costs is generally low.

Change/Cancel Order

Can I change or cancel my order?
Send an email to requesting to modify or cancel your order. Contact us

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it is always possible. If this is not feasible, we kindly refer you to the 14-day statutory reconsideration period. This period starts from the moment you receive your order at home.

In this case, you can return your order for a refund.

Note: This does not apply to custom photo paintings.

The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.

Track and trace

Tracking Information

You will receive the Track & Trace code from us via email as soon as the order is shipped. Once we have received a Track and Trace code, we will send it to you immediately. Since the packages come from overseas areas, they are initially transported by an international parcel service, YunExpress or CNExpress. Once they arrive in Europe, our partners handle the delivery of the packages within the end destination.

Once the status of the track-and-trace code goes beyond 'Shipment received,' the package is indeed on its way.

Tracking Issues

The track and trace code does not provide any information, why is that?
This means that our supplier is currently preparing your order for production.

At this moment, it has not been physically shipped yet but has only been registered in the parcel service system with an associated track & trace code. Until the order is ready for dispatch and picked up by the parcel service, the status 'shipment information received' will be displayed.

In a regular situation, you should start seeing updates in the track & trace code a few days after placing your order.

My track and trace code has been stagnant for several days, is everything okay?
This is completely normal. When your order is in transit and being transported between different countries, tracking updates can be very slow, especially when packages are in sea containers.

Once your package arrives in the final destination country, the delivery will be quite fast. You can track your package at any time. Track my order

Exchange & Return


We do our best to meet your expectations. However, it may happen that you are not completely satisfied, which we very much regret!

That is why we offer you the opportunity to return the items you have ordered within 14 days of receipt. Read more...


When can I expect my refund?
Once we have received the items you returned, we ensure that the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 14 days.

If you haven't received a refund within 14 days, please contact us with the shipping receipt of your return.
