We do our best to meet your expectations. However, it may happen that you are not completely satisfied, which we very much regret!

That is why we offer you the opportunity to return the items you have ordered within 14 days of receipt.
To make this as easy as possible, we ask you to go through the following steps:

1. download the return form

2. fill in the form completely. (If this form is not completed in full, we will not be able to process the return request).

3. send the package (with track & trace code) and the completed form to the address indicated on the return form.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following requirements:

- The product must be in its original condition.
- The product must not show any signs of use

*Free products that we offer on promotion cannot be returned, you will be charged € 0.00 for this and you will only pay the shipping costs.
The shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Paintings (pictures) with a personal photo are not returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is a suspicion that the product is damaged or not in its original condition through no fault of our own.
A return shipment must be provided with a track & trace code.

The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please send an e-mail to to change or cancel your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that this will still be possible. If this is not possible, I refer you to the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, which starts from the moment you receive your order at home.
In this case, you can return your order for a refund.
Please note: This does not apply to your own paintings.
The costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
